OCI Network Lead
Role: Lead Network Architect, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
Duration: 12 months (Renewable)
Start: ASAP
Allocation: Full‑time
Clearance: FSC required | PSC: NATO SECRET required
We are seeking an experienced OCI Network Lead to own network design and delivery across all OCI regions for a security‑focused client. You will work closely with the Security Lead on firewall and NSG policy.
Objective: Build a segmented, Zero Trust network spanning multiple sites and regions.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong OCI networking skills: VCNs, subnets, route tables and NAT, Service and Internet gateways
- Multi‑site network design, including DRG and remote peering
- Network Security Groups and Security Lists
- OCI Network Firewall (L3–L7 inspection, IDS/IPS)
- Workload‑level segmentation and micro‑segmentation
- Zero Trust Network architecture implementation
- DNS design: private and public zones, forwarding and resolution
- OCI Load Balancer and Network Load Balancer
- OCI Bastion for controlled management access
- VCN Flow Logs and Network Path Analyzer
Desirable:
- Network design in classified or sovereign environments
- Terraform for network automation
- Traffic flow matrix documentation for accreditation
