In this role, you will support manufacturing operations for cell therapy products used in clinical and commercial settings. You will work in a sterile GMP environment, execute aseptic production activities, maintain accurate documentation and contribute to safe, compliant and efficient daily operations. The position also includes collaboration across departments, support for investigations, involvement in continuous improvement activities and guidance for routine production tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Cell therapy production: Participate in daily manufacturing activities in a sterile GMP environment
- GMP execution: Support documentation and production activities in line with GMP requirements
- Aseptic processing: Perform cell isolation, activation, culture, fill, finish and cryopreservation according to procedures
- Cleanroom operations: Work in controlled environments while supporting safe and compliant execution
- Production planning: Help manage daily priorities and support smooth operational flow
- Investigations support: Contribute to manufacturing investigations and issue follow up
- Procedure updates: Create and revise work instructions, procedures and batch records
- Cross functional collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure consistent daily execution
- Training support: Coach junior technicians and support routine troubleshooting
- Continuous improvement: Contribute to system implementation and operational excellence initiatives
Required competences & skills
- Bachelor's degree in science, bioengineering, biotechnology, pharmacy or another relevant field
- Experience with aseptic techniques and cleanroom environments is a plus
- Strong teamwork and relationship building skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Focus on quality, compliance and detail
