About the Role
Our client, a progressive recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated Remote Recruitment Specialist to join their fully remote team. Based anywhere in South Africa, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for a variety of clients, identifying and engaging top talent through digital channels. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a remote setting, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept at building relationships virtually. You will contribute to connecting skilled professionals with exciting career opportunities nationwide, working from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients, operating entirely remotely.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques across online platforms, social media, and professional networks to identify passive and active candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive virtual interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for diverse roles.
- Build and nurture strong candidate relationships through effective online communication and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate closely with client hiring managers via video conferencing and digital tools to understand their needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Consultant, with a strong track record of successful placements.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a full recruitment desk remotely.
- Proficiency in using various online sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital communication platforms.
- Excellent virtual interviewing, assessment, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
