SAP SuccessFactors Consultants – Belgium | Permanent Opportunities
I'm working with a leading consulting practice in Belgium that is looking to expand its SAP SuccessFactors team, with several upcoming HR transformation projects.
They're interested in speaking with SuccessFactors professionals across different levels, from Junior Consultant through to Senior Manager, who are looking to develop their consulting careers and work on a variety of transformation programmes.
The opportunity:
- Work on SAP SuccessFactors implementations and wider HR technology transformation projects.
- Support clients with their HR strategy, processes and technology transformation.
- Gain exposure to a variety of SuccessFactors projects, including Employee Central, Time Tracking and Payroll.
- Get involved in the growing demand for cloud-based HR and payroll solutions.
- Work within a broader transformation environment, with opportunities to explore emerging technologies, including AI.
- Develop your consulting expertise within an established, collaborative team.
What they're looking for:
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors in a consulting or client-side environment.
- Exposure to one or more SuccessFactors modules.
- An interest in HR transformation and cloud-based HR technology.
- French or Dutch language skills, alongside English.
- Based in Belgium or able to work there.
Experience or certification in SuccessFactors Time Tracking or Payroll would be particularly interesting, although candidates with broader SuccessFactors experience are also encouraged to get in touch.
Working arrangements:
- Permanent opportunities from Junior Consultant through to Senior Manager.
- Monday is the main office day, with flexibility to work remotely on other days, depending on project requirements.
