Silversea is seeking a Pastry Chef to oversee all pastry and bakery production aboard our luxury cruise operations. You will lead the pastry team, craft showpieces for buffets and events, and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards onboard.
The role requires 4+ years of pastry leadership experience in international 5-star hospitality, with STCW95 certification and strong knowledge of sanitation practices and dietary accommodations.
