Reporting Analyst – Automotive

• Analyze requests from the ticketing system
• Understand business needs and evaluate requests
• Document requirements as structured specifications
• Design and develop reports using Qlik Sense, Excel, and Excel via Power Query
• Adapt and improve existing reports
• Identify and propose alternative solutions when limitations arise
• Validate data consistency from the ERP and other systems
• Ensure alignment with current business processes
• Train and support Key Users
• Document reports and their use
• Communicate updates and changes
• Provide functional support and propose corrective actions

Requirements

• MySQL or equivalent
• Qlik Sense
• Excel using Power Query
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of data structures
• Ability to navigate data tables
• At least 2 years of experience
• Experience in reporting/data analysis involving interaction with business units
• Excellent command of French required
• Business-level English
