Are you the Credit Business Expert our client is looking for? In this challenging role, you’ll translate business needs into clear requirements and develop business cases to improve processes and systems. You’ll be responsible for User Acceptance Testing and ensuring the optimal implementation of changes. With your experience in the credit sector and strong analytical skills, you’ll identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with various stakeholders. - You translate business needs into clear requirements for the organization.
- You develop and substantiate business cases for improving processes and systems.
- You prepare and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including follow-up.
- You identify inefficiencies, operational risks, and manual steps within processes.
- You analyze existing processes and design optimized versions for the future.
- You set priorities within improvement and change initiatives.
- You coordinate and monitor implementations in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- You assess the impact of changes on risks, customer experience, and operational performance.
The ideal candidate:
- Has relevant experience in the credit sector.
- Has in-depth knowledge of credit products, processes, and the associated legislation.
- Has a background in business analysis, process optimization, and project work.
- Demonstrates an understanding of risk management, compliance, and internal control systems.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and is adept at identifying patterns and risks.
- Is experienced in managing stakeholders and can collaborate effectively in complex environments.
- Has a strong affinity for digital transformation and data analysis.
- Is characterized by a critical, proactive attitude and strong communication skills, with a focus on finding solutions.
