SD Worx, a leading European payroll and HR services provider, seeks an M&A Counsel to join the Specialised Legal team. You will support mergers and acquisitions activities across Europe, handling due diligence, transaction documentation, signing and closing, and post-closing integration.
You will report to the Director Specialised Legal and collaborate with finance, tax, HR, security and outside counsel in an international environment.
