- Own the SEPA Direct Debit product within the Payments Tribe and Cash Management Competence Center.
- Define product vision, objectives, priorities and delivery plans with key stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, OPUS, Features and user stories based on business value.
- Lead refinement, iteration planning and agile ceremonies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, PSP clients and Clearing & Settlement Houses.
- Represent the squad towards stakeholders and align teams around a shared product vision.
- Track results, identify improvements and support client implementations.
Experience Required
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven knowledge and experience in Payments / Receivables.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and experience with Project Management.
- Strong product knowledge of receivables, ideally including SEPA Direct Debit.
- Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to provide strategic thinking, helicopter view and leadership.
- Experience in financial services, preferably payments.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Good English and sound knowledge of Dutch or French.
- Willingness to work 50% onsite and 50% from home in Brussels.
