We're looking for a Functional Analyst to analyse business processes and turn user needs into functional designs, user stories and tests. You'll cover all project phases, working in Agile/Scrum with BPMN and UML.
What you'll do:
- Analyse existing processes and clarify functional and non-functional user needs.
- Translate requirements into functional designs, application specifications and data models.
- Refine and validate solutions with business stakeholders, analysts and developers.
- Follow new functionalities from analysis through delivery, tracking risks and decisions.
- Produce project documentation, user stories, test plans and test cases.
What you bring:
- Medior-level experience in functional and business analysis across project phases.
- Skills in BPMN, UML-based functional analysis, SQL and customer journey analysis.
- Agile/Scrum, Confluence, user story writing, test analysis and test design.
- Ability to understand technical concepts, including APIs, mappings, data models, batches and services.
- Ability to grasp complex material and communicate clearly with business and technical teams.
- French (native), English (B2) and Dutch (B2).
Good to know:
- Belgian nationality is required.
