Teamleader, Ghent-based SaaS scale-up, seeks a Customer Success Operations Specialist to own the CS backbone—translate goals into lifecycle logic, workflows, automations and reporting, and ensure data reliability while driving adoption across teams.
You’ll work hands-on across CS, onboarding and sales, connect tools like Planhat, HubSpot and Zendesk, and help shape a proactive RevOps operating model in a fast-changing, hybrid environment with room to grow.
