Lutosa is seeking an HR Intern to support the implementation and development of training programs within the HR department. The role blends administrative, operational, and hands-on tasks to modernize tools, processes, and training materials.
Your missions include developing training pathways, organizing sessions on health and safety, maintaining training records, supporting recruitment admin, and creating e-learning modules across departments in a dynamic industrial environment.
