Project Manager Infrastructure

Introductie

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager responsible for managing severalBusiness-IT projects within the domain of Document Management, including electronicsignatures, as well as setting up and managing testing activities for several strategicprojects.

Organisatie

The environment includes various technologies and platforms such as SAP ECC, SAP IS-U,Geode, WinDev and Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Power Apps and PowerAutomate.

Functie

• Manage open actions, decisions, risks, contracts, schedules and project files.
• Define and maintain project scope, PBS/WBS, planning, budget, resources, dependencies,assumptions, risks and issues.
• Organise Steering Committees, prepare decisions and maintain reliable project statusreporting.
• Manage suppliers, commitments, SLAs, deliverables and escalations.
• Contribute to tender specifications and offer analyses in collaboration with Procurement,Vendor Management and technical experts.
• Organise pilots, testing, UAT, acceptance criteria, reconciliation, cutover/rollback andproduction validation.
• Manage change management, communication and coordination of impacted users.
• Prepare documentation, knowledge transfer and the transition to operational teams.
• Ensure alignment with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2 and applicable security policies.
• Support the harmonisation of Project Management practices.

• Experience with Entra.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including WAN and LAN.
• Knowledge of NIS2/CyFun.
• Experience with ITIL and PRINCE2.
• Experience as a Product Owner.
• Knowledge of SIEM and SOC/CSIRT environments.
• Strong experience with test management.
• Senior experience in IT Project Management.

• Experience with MPLS to SD-WAN transition projects.
• Project Management experience within an organisation classified as essential under NIS.
• Experience with PRINCE2.
