Role

Logistics & Supply Chain Consultant / Planning & Logistics Consultant - European Institution

Responsibilities

Following tasks will be performed by external service provider:

• Logistics process assistant in the orders follow-up and receipt
• Physical inventory management (stocks)
• Planning and creation of Field technician work orders
• Quality control of incoming IT material versus orders
• Provide assistance in the elaboration of workload planning
• Analysis of user requests in the domain of RFC.
  * Maintain correct defined inventory levels for EP products
• Develop basic reports on activities
• Participate in the drafting of operational procedures
  

Requirements

Following skills are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:

• Completed secondary education plus 3 years of relevant experience in indicative or similar roles or Bachelor Degree and 1 year of relevant experience in indicative or similar roles or Mater Degree in logistics or similar related field
• ITIL V5 or V4 if still valid
• Good knowledge of the IT consumer market products
• Very good skills in all of the MS office applications
• Capacity to organise delivery schedules
  

Languages

• Good knowledge of English - Level B2 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing
• Good knowledge of French - Level B2 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing
