Join a dynamic team as a Document Template Designer In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to create a variety of communication materials, combining creativity with technical expertise. Description
- You design a variety of communication materials, such as digital documents, printed materials, and reports intended for our entire customer base;
- You create these materials by integrating text and visual content into technical applications;
- You monitor the distribution of these communications across our various channels;
- You also manage HTML to optimize the effectiveness of communications.
Your profile
- Possesses a positive and motivating attitude, serving as a catalyst for the team in organizing and managing daily activities;
- Demonstrates strong skills in drafting procedures, preparing reports, and creating impactful presentations;
- Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with various departments, such as communications, project management, and information technology;
- Is characterized by an analytical approach, a keen eye for quality, and a proactive and self-directed attitude;
- Possesses excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, embodying the values of teamwork;
- Has 3 to 8 years of experience in similar roles, with a structured and methodical approach;
- Possesses leadership skills, including a strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks;
- Is solution-oriented and constantly seeks to improve existing processes;
- Is proficient in the following tools and skills: Scriptura, web design, XML, Microsoft Office, and interdisciplinary collaboration techniques.
