Frites Atelier Brussels is seeking an Assistant Atelier Manager to support daily operations at our Brussels location, guiding a team from kitchen to counter to terrace and ensuring memorable guest experiences. You will supervise, motivate, and step in for the Atelier Manager when needed, maintaining the high standards of Frites Atelier and upholding exceptional hospitality, quality, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required; French and Dutch are a plus.
