About This Vacancy As a Project Engineer in Launch Excellence, you play a key role in preparing and coordinating the introduction of innovative products within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sector. You align cross-functional teams, monitor progress, and ensure that every launch runs smoothly from start to finish.
- You coordinate and manage launch projects from preparation to execution.
- You align with stakeholders from departments such as Quality, Production, Validation, and Supply Chain.
- You identify potential risks and set up mitigation plans.
- You monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure projects remain on track.
- You report on progress and propose improvements to optimize the launch process.
- You contribute to the development of best practices and continuous improvement within Launch Excellence.
What We Expect From You
- You have a Master’s degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or equivalent.
- You have a strong interest in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related life sciences sectors.
- Experience in project management, product launches, or cross-functional coordination is a plus.
- You are an excellent communicator and team player, able to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
