Join a recognized Microsoft Frontier Partner with deep expertise across the security landscape. You'll work on diverse, high-impact customer engagements across a wide range of industries.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on their Microsoft security strategy and roadmap, translating business risk into concrete architecture and control decisions
  • Design and implement solutions across the Microsoft security product portfolio: Entra (Identity & Access), Defender (Threat Protection), Purview (Data & Compliance), Defender for Cloud (Cloud & Workloads), and Intune (Device Management)
  • Lead delivery on projects with deep expertise in Identity & Access and/or Data & Compliance, and contribute to the broader integration story via Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR)
  • Coach and mentor less experienced consultants, reviewing their architecture and design decisions, guiding their technical growth, and acting as an escalation point on complex client engagements
  • Work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to shape both pre-sales positioning and hands-on implementation
  • Contribute to the growth of delaware's Security practice, knowledge sharing, offering development, and go-to-market input

Who are we?

delaware's Security BeLux team is growing, and we're looking for a senior, experienced Microsoft Security Consultant to strengthen our advisory and delivery capabilities across the Microsoft security stack — and to help grow the team around them. As a Microsoft Partner of the Year (2025, Belgium) and Frontier Partner, we help clients across BeLux design, implement, and operationalize modern security architectures. We're looking for someone senior enough to own that conversation end-to-end, and to act as a technical anchor and coach for less experienced consultants on the team.

  • A solid understanding of how these domains connect through Microsoft Sentinel for unified detection, hunting, and automation
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop junior/medior colleagues, comfortable reviewing others' work, transferring knowledge, and taking ownership of their growth
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-100, SC-300, SC-400, SC-200) are a strong plus
  • Strong client-facing and advisory skills, able to operate comfortably in both technical and business conversations, at senior stakeholder level
