Your role
- Match IT consultants with client projects
- Build a network within your IT specialization
- Develop relationships with consultants and clients
- Guide both parties from the first conversation through the project start
- Take ownership of your market and working approach
Your profile
- You speak English fluently (minimum C1)
- You are communicative, driven, and eager to learn
- You are interested in people, business, and technology
- You enjoy freedom, responsibility, and ambitious targets
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred, but motivation and potential matter most
- Experience in sales or recruitment is an advantage, but not required
