  • The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of customer enquiries and orders, providing top-quality service.
  • You will process customer orders in accordance with our service level agreements (SLAs) for the Spanish, Portuguese and other European markets.
  • You ensure coordination and smooth communication between customers, the dedicated Sales Rep(s), and various internal departments (such as production, purchasing, graphic department, planning, shipping, and finance).
  • Your tasks also include Quote Management, sending pro forma invoices and artworks to the customer, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Profile

  • Several years of proven sales or truly customer-focused related experience.
  • Educated to Graduate-Level or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (knowledge of Portuguese and other languages is an asset).
  • Experience in a fast-moving, pressured environment where speed and accuracy are imperative.
  • You are extremely customer-oriented, energetic, resilient, have a positive "can-do" attitude, and possess exceptional communication skills.
