Events Coordinator | Hybrid, Europe Trade Shows

Qargo TMS in Ghent, Belgium, seeks an Events Assistant to support the Events Lead in organising trade shows, conferences and client events across Europe. You will manage travel, shipping materials, liaise with suppliers, and maintain event checklists in a fast-growing SaaS logistics environment.

This hands-on role covers event planning, logistics, and on-site coordination, with a strong focus on pre‑event prep, post‑event follow‑ups, and cross‑functional marketing support.
