Grundfos is recruiting a Senior Customer Service Representative to address complex customer enquiries and prepare technical quotations across Europe. You will mentor colleagues to ensure industry customers receive outstanding support and maintain SAP CRM data to improve process efficiency.
The role requires strong English, Dutch, and French language skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a combination of technical and commercial knowledge.
