etherna immunotherapies seeks an Associate Research Grade Production to lead the manufacture of research grade mRNA-LNPs, including lipid stock preparation, mRNA encapsulation, buffer exchange and sterile filtration.
You will perform in-process and release characterization (particle size, zeta potential, encapsulation, pH/osmolality) and prepare, store, and monitor LNP batches. Collaboration with mRNA production, QC and Process Development is essential.
