WearelookingforaDataandAIStrategyManagertoplayakeyroleinaligningadvancedanalyticsandartificialintelligencesolutionswithourclients' corebusinessobjectives.Thispositioninvolvescollaboratingcloselywith senior internal stakeholders,datascienceteams, engineering teams andbusinessunitstotransformcomplexdatainsightsintoactionablestrategies,drivingdata-informeddecision-makingthroughouttheorganization.
AsaManagerontheData&AIStrategyteam,youwill:
- Partnerwith business stakeholderstoidentifyandclarifybusinesschallengeswhere AI andanalyticscanprovidevalue.
- LeadanalyticsandAIinitiativesfromconcepttoexecution,ensuringtheyalignwithclientstrategiesandobjectives.
- Overseeprojectgovernance,monitorprogress,andadaptscopetomeetchangingbusinessrequirements.
- ActasabridgebetweenAI/datascienceteamsandbusinessunits,translatingtechnicalinsightsintoclear,actionablestrategies.
- Manageanalyticsprojectsfromideationthroughimplementationtoensuretheydelivermeasurablebusinessimpact.
- Shapeteamdirectionanddeliverstrategicrecommendationstoclients.
- ProvideproactiveguidancetobothinternalandclientstakeholdersondataandAIopportunities.
- StayuptodateonindustrytrendsandadvancementsindatascienceandAI.
- Demonstrateleadershipincross-functionalteammanagementanddeliverresultsinclient-focusedenvironments.
Requirements
- Master’sdegreeinBusinessEngineering,ComputerScience,InformationSystems,BusinessAnalytics,orarelatedfield.
- Atleast5yearsofexperienceinastrategyrolewithinaconsultingfirmoradynamicbusinesssetting.
- StrongunderstandingofandpassionforthetransformativeroleofdataandAIinindustriesandorganizations.
- Strategicthinkerwithexceptionalanalyticalskills.
- Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalabilitiestocollaborateeffectivelyacrossorganizationallevels.
- FluencyinEnglishisrequired;Dutchisastrongadvantage.
- Ahighlyentrepreneurialanddynamicteamenvironment.
