We're looking for a software developer to build and maintain backend business applications in Python or Java, working with a solution architect or lead developer.
What you'll do
- Build backend features, REST APIs, services and data access.
- Configure cloud services and troubleshoot logging, identity and storage.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews and automated tests.
- Write clear code and document delivered features.
- Estimate and refine work, flagging risks early.
- Join Agile ceremonies and pair on unfamiliar topics.
What you bring
- Two to five years of professional software development, beyond internships.
- Independent day-to-day development in Python or Java.
- Practical public cloud experience, including identity, storage and monitoring.
- DevOps practices: Git flow, pull requests, environment promotion, secret hygiene.
- English (C1).
- Dutch or French (native).
Nice to have
- Azure, including resource groups, App Service, Functions or containers.
- AZ-900 or AZ-204 certification.
- Docker and SQL (PostgreSQL or SQL Server).
- Spring, FastAPI or Flask.
- Hands‑on Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions experience.
