efficy Group is seeking an HR Operations & Rewards Intern to join our central HR team in Brussels, Belgium. The role focuses on analytics, reporting, job mapping, and remuneration design, with ownership of real projects from day one.
You’ll report to the HR Operations Manager and gain exposure to a European SaaS group. The internship runs for 6 months, with hybrid working and an internship allowance of 400€/month.
