FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING
Location: Kluisbergen
Industry: Rubber Manufacturing
Work Schedule: 2 shifts (early & late)
We are a well-established rubber manufacturing company based in Kluisbergen, specialized in the production of high-quality rubber products for various industrial applications. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Production Operator to strengthen our team.
Your Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring production machines
- Setting up machines according to production parameters
- Performing quality checks on finished products
- Identifying and reporting technical or production issues
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized working environment
- Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet production targets
PROFIEL
- You have first experience as an operator in a production environment
- Technical insight and willingness to learn
- Ability to work accurately and independently
- Good understanding of safety and quality standards
- You are flexible and willing to work in a 2-shift system
- Good knowledge of English (Dutch is a plus)
