HVAC & Black Utilities SME – Belgium, Brussels – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences
We are looking for an experienced HVAC & Black Utilities SME for a fantastic 12-month contract based in Brussels.
You will be supporting our client who are a global biopharmaceutical organisation committed to improving the lives of people afflicted with neurological and immunological disease.

What You’ll Do
- Define and validate HVAC and black utilities technical solutions during design phases
- Challenge and approve engineering contractor deliverables and technical specifications
- Prepare and manage technical documentation and tenders, including supplier selection
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure alignment across interfaces
- Monitor construction and commissioning activities (HVAC & piping)
What you’ll need:
- Extensive relevant experience expected
- Strong background in HVAC and engineering projects within pharma/biotech environments
- Strong expertise in HVAC (primary focus) and good understanding of black utilities/piping
- Experience in pharmaceutical environments (mandatory) and/or biotech.
- Ability to manage both design and execution phases of projects
