IKEA Belgium invites a Service Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to lead a team of specialists and ensure high-performing service fulfilment across stores and fulfillment units. You will coordinate daily operations, drive efficiency, and manage capacity, costs, and lead-time improvements while collaborating with internal and external partners.
You will report to the Service Fulfillment Operations Manager and work from Service Office in Zaventem, with some travel to stores.
