About the Role
NISH Tech BV is looking for a Microsoft Power Platform / Dataverse Administrator to support enterprise platform governance and operations in Belgium.
You will help manage Power Platform environments, maintain Dataverse, troubleshoot Power Automate flows, and administer Copilot Studio. You will work with technical teams and business users to ensure that the platform remains secure, reliable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Power Platform environments, tenant settings, security groups, DLP policies, and capacity allocation.
- Administer Dataverse, including tables, permissions, business units, service accounts, backups, retention policies, and storage.
- Monitor Power Automate flows, troubleshoot failures, manage connectors, and improve performance.
- Administer Copilot Studio agents, including publishing, lifecycle management, knowledge sources, authentication, and compliance.
- Monitor platform health, usage analytics, access permissions, and audit logs.
- Implement and maintain governance standards, security controls, and application lifecycle management practices.
- Support integrations between Microsoft 365, Azure services, and on-premises systems.
- Assist business users and citizen developers while ensuring compliance with enterprise policies.
- Coordinate platform updates, new feature rollouts, and continuous improvements.
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience administering Microsoft Power Platform in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform governance, environment management, tenant settings, and DLP policies.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse administration and access management.
- Experience monitoring and troubleshooting Power Automate flows.
- Understanding of governance and security across Microsoft 365 services, including Power BI, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
- Experience with enterprise security controls, capacity management, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
- Experience integrating Microsoft services with Azure or on-premises systems.
- Ability to balance security and compliance requirements with business needs.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Experience administering Copilot Studio agents and managing their lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, including conditional access, app registrations, and role-based access.
- Knowledge of Azure services relevant to Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview or other compliance tools.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as PL-100, PL-600, MS-700, or SC-300.
