CONCRETE WORKER – BORNEM – FULLTIME DAILY HOURS

At Manpower, we are looking for a Concrete Worker for a hands‑on production environment where you see real results every day. As a Concrete Worker, you work in a fixed team where colleagues know each other and help out. The workplace is a concrete workshop with clear workstations and practical equipment. What makes this Concrete Worker job different? You receive on‑the‑job training so you can gradually take on more responsibilities.

What does a working day look like as a Concrete Worker? You start at 6 a.m. and finish at 2:30 p.m., together with your team. As a Concrete Worker, your tasks are varied and concrete:

You help produce precast concrete elements.
You burn off cables following clear instructions.
You occasionally operate the overhead crane.
You carry out pressure tests to check quality.
You support colleagues where needed and keep your workplace tidy.

As a Concrete Worker, you work closely with fellow workers and a team supervisor. Teamwork is key, and you can always rely on guidance on the floor.
