DSM-Firmenich AG Louvain-la-Neuve site seeks an Associate Manager, Operational SHE & S to strengthen the safety culture across the manufacturing hub. You will coach managers and operators, promote safe behaviors, lead incident investigations, and ensure SHE&S standards are applied day-to-day.
The role requires a Master’s in Engineering or related field, experience in chemical or industrial manufacturing, strong coaching and communication skills, and fluency in English and French.
