The Exchange seeks an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee the main store’s daily operations, including finances, promotions, staffing, inventory controls, and training. This role requires strong leadership to optimize sales and customer satisfaction while managing costs and promotions.
Ideal candidates will have four years of progressive retail management experience, or a bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant management tenure. Night/weekend shifts may be required.
