Systems Administrator | Long-Term Contract | Brussels (Hybrid)
Are you an experienced Systems Administrator looking for a challenging long-term opportunity within a complex, security-focused enterprise environment?
We are seeking a skilled infrastructure professional to join a prestigious organisation in Brussels on a contract assignment of up to 3 years. This is an excellent opportunity to work with large-scale, mission-critical systems where security, reliability, and performance are paramount.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the infrastructure team, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting enterprise-level environments, ensuring the highest standards of availability, security, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Windows Server environments (2016-2022)
Manage and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), AGPM, and File Services
Automate and streamline administration tasks using PowerShell
Handle incidents, service requests, and change activities through ServiceNow
Support highly secure and confidential environments with a strong focus on security best practices
Manage and maintain virtualised infrastructures across:
- VMware (Enterprise Environment)
- Hyper-V (Delegation Environments)
Ensure platform stability, performance, resilience, and compliance across all supported systems
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Strong experience administering Windows Server 2016-2022
- Excellent knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, AGPM, and File Server technologies
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Proven experience working within security-conscious enterprise environments
- Experience supporting virtualised platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- English language proficiency at C1 level or above
Nice to Have
Exposure to any of the following technologies would be advantageous:
- CrowdStrike
- Commvault
(Dedicated specialist teams manage these technologies, so hands-on expertise is beneficial but not essential.)

Brussels
Hybrid working: 2 days remote / 3 days onsite
Rotational shifts required:
- 06:00 - 14:30
- 13:30 - 22:00
