Are you a proven Sales professional or an experienced Recruiter looking for your next challenge? Or you have a strong Sales mindset and looking for your first job? At Oliver James, we're looking for ambitious 360° Recruitment Consultants to grow our Belgian IT market. This is not a traditional HR role. You will build your own market, develop new business, headhunt top IT talent and manage the recruitment process from A to Z.
The role
- Build and develop your own Belgian market
- Prospect and win new clients to build your portfolio
- Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Head-hunt, interview and advise IT professionals
- Manage the recruitment process from A to Z
- Negotiate with clients and candidates
- Own your targets, pipeline and results
- Become an expert in your market
Who are we looking for?
- Experienced Recruiters who want more commercial ownership, earning potential and career progression.
- Sales Professionals with a strong background in B2B Sales, business development or account management who want to build a career in recruitment.
- In both cases, you are:
- Ambitious, competitive and commercially driven
- Comfortable with targets and prospecting
- A strong communicator and negotiator
- Fluent in French OR Dutch + English
- Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree
