Office Manger

For our office in Kruibeke, Belgium, we are looking for a full-time Office Manager (m/f/d)

to join our team as soon as possible.

What awaits you:

• Be the go-to person for our Customer Service team and support colleagues in their daily work
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Manage the full order process – from quotations and orders to deliveries and complaints
• Keep office processes running smoothly and collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics and other teams
• Coordinate customer projects, installations and appointments
• Drive process improvements and contribute to exciting cross-functional projects

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Operations
• Ejoy taking responibility and providing professional guidance and support to a team
• Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Excellent communication skills, customer focus and a strong spirit
• Fluent Dutch and very good English skills and confident handling of common MS Office applications
