Detailed Job Description: As part of Hexowa Technologies Ltd’s global technology services team, successful candidates will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT support services across enterprise environments. Depending on the position, responsibilities may involve desktop support, service desk operations, network troubleshooting, data center services, end-user computing, and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities. You will work closely with customers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure service excellence, operational continuity, and user satisfaction. The ideal candidates will possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to operate effectively within structured IT service management environments. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line and second-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user incidents within agreed service levels.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Support Microsoft Windows operating systems, productivity applications, and enterprise software.
  • Perform IMAC activities, including device deployment, relocation, upgrades, and replacements.
  • Monitor and maintain network connectivity, switches, routers, and related infrastructure where applicable.
  • Support data center operations, rack-and-stack activities, cabling, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests.
  • Document incidents, service requests, and technical solutions within ticketing systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized technical teams when required.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and technical assistance to end users.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, security standards, and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in IT support, service desk, desktop support, network support, EUC, or data center operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and end-user devices.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and Wi-Fi technologies.
  • Experience working with incident management and service request ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, user administration, and access management.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite and travel locally if required.
  • Fluent English communication skills; additional European language skills are advantageous.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Microsoft certifications related to desktop, endpoint, or cloud technologies.
  • Experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
  • Exposure to data center operations and infrastructure support.
  • Experience with SCCM, Intune, Azure Active Directory, or endpoint management platforms.
