The Treasury department is responsible for managing the Bank's liquidity, investment portfolio and structural financial risks. Working closely with ALM, Risk, Finance, Private Banking, Back Office and Group stakeholders, the team combines liquidity management, fixed‑income investments, market risk monitoring and balance sheet optimization. As part of a small and dynamic team, members benefit from broad exposure to treasury activities, financial markets and strategic projects.

Your position

As part of the Treasury team, you will contribute to:

  • Managing the Bank’s liquidity position, FX exposures and regulatory liquidity indicators, while supporting balance sheet optimization initiatives.
  • Executing hedging, investment and market transactions, including FX and interest rate risk management activities.
  • Managing and monitoring the bond investment portfolio through market, macroeconomic and credit analysis, and supporting investment decision‑making.
  • Supporting short‑term pricing activities, Treasury P&L monitoring, budget exercises and the preparation of internal committees and management reporting.
  • Working closely with ALM, Risk, Finance, Private Banking, Back Office and external counterparties on treasury‑related matters.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of Treasury tools, systems and processes, as well as strategic projects impacting Treasury and financial markets activities.

The role offers a high degree of autonomy and broad exposure to treasury, investments, balance sheet management and project‑related topics.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Treasury, financial markets and fixed‑income investments.
  • Good understanding of financial markets, fixed‑income products, interest rates and macroeconomic concepts.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, mainly Excem; knowledge of Bloomberg, VBA or other financial market tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills.
  • Curious, proactive, well‑organized and eager to learn.
  • Fluent in French and English.
