Job responsibilities
Making and assembling wooden formwork for concrete productsReading and interpreting technical plans and drawingsPreparing and setting molds for the production of prefabricated concrete elementsChecking the dimensions and precision of the finished elementsQuality control of formwork and wooden structuresKeeping formwork tools and materials clean and maintaining them
Salary and benefits

Rest and holidays
Statutory holidays: you are entitled to holiday days according to Belgian legislation, accrued on the basis of your results in the previous year. This means about 20 days of annual leave, depending on working hours and results.Construction leave: in the construction sector there is traditionally a 3-week collective summer holidayChristmas break: at Christmas you also have 2 weeks off.Compensatory rest days: in addition to statutory leave there are compensatory rest days , which are set at the level of the entire industry. On these days you do not work and you do not use holiday days, but compensatory rest days.
Requirements
- You have experience as a carpenter or have completed training in woodworking
- You can work independently and have an eye for detail
- You are precise and quality-oriented
- You can read and interpret technical plans
- Experience in prefabrication is an advantage, but is not a necessity
- You know English or Dutch at a communicative level
