Job Description – Junior Project Manager
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support Information Management projects related to data governance, DataHub, digital collaboration, and AI strategy.
The candidate will coordinate projects and change processes, identify stakeholder needs, monitor progress, and align business, policy, and technical teams. Responsibilities also include developing training and awareness initiatives on data management, Power BI, data quality, and responsible AI, as well as coordinating the Inforum event.
Required Skills (Must-Have)
- Project Management in Infrastructure or Development Projects (Junior – 1 year)
- DataHub / Data Catalog / Data Management Environment
- Microsoft Project (MS Project)
- Project Management Methodologies: PRINCE2, PMBOK
- Microsoft 365: SharePoint and Teams
- Data Governance, Roles and Responsibilities
- Project Coordination and Change Management
- Dutch Language – C2 Level (CEFR)
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree (Diploma Proof Required)
Preferred Skills (Should-Have)
- Risk Management and Issue Management
- ITIL Knowledge and Experience
- Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint
- MS Project Experience
