Business Developer

Squareflow is a growing company founded in 2020 by entrepreneurs (just like you). We embrace technology to create business value with Odoo as an enabler. We believe that any business can be digital first.

Today, Squareflow has a team of 40 people and offices in Brussels, Antwerp and Luxembourg.

To strengthen our team in Belgium, we are looking for a Business Developer.

As a Business Developer for Belgium, you'll be at the heart of our growth; building new client relationships, developing our commercial presence, and working hand in hand with our project teams to deliver real value.

Function

• Define and execute a commercial plan for the Belgian market
• Identify and prospect new clients through a multichannel approach: calls, emails, social selling, events and networking
• Qualify leads, understand prospects' business challenges and align them with Squareflow's Odoo solutions
• Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
• Support project managers and consultants in their commercial relationship with existing clients
• Work closely with our consulting teams to ensure a smooth handover and a seamless client experience
• Contribute to building and improving our sales processes and go-to-market approach
• Contribute to the daily development of Squareflow

Profile

Between 3 and 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in ERP or IT consulting

Bachelor or Master degree in Commercial Sciences, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent

Strong understanding of business processes and digital transformation challenges

Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and oral)

Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working in a growing, entrepreneurial environment

Solid professional network in Belgium is a strong asset

Bilingual French/Dutch, with a good knowledge of English

Familiarity with a CRM tool (Odoo)
