We're looking for a senior ICT business analyst to support framework contract renewal by turning operational needs into clear ICT requirements. You'll connect process analysis with stakeholder input to identify more efficient ways of working.
What you'll do
- Map current operations and business needs.
- Analyse business processes and identify improvements.
- Translate findings into clear requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to gather and structure information.
- Align requirements with stakeholders.
What you bring
- Five years of experience as a business analyst, processing and structuring information.
- Five years of experience in business operations applied to ICT.
- Five years of experience in stakeholder management.
- Two years of experience facilitating workshops.
- Experience developing and optimising business processes (BPM).
- Experience working in complex environments.
- Dutch, C2.
Nice to have
- Three years of experience in the public sector.
- Three years of experience assessing RFPs.
- Three years of experience with public procurement tenders.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams of more than 50 people.
- Project management knowledge and experience covering costs, timing, coordination, planning and estimates.
Good to know
- Occasional travel is required.
- You'll use your own laptop with virtual access to project environments.
