About
The Position
As a Datacom Field Operations Lead, you'll manage operational activities related to Datacom networks, ensuring service continuity and quick incident resolution. You'll be the central contact for network operations and contribute to process optimization.

Your Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability and reliability of Datacom networks.
- Coordinate maintenance operations and field interventions.
- Manage complex incident resolutions.
- Supervise internal and external teams, ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in infrastructure projects and new technology deployments.
- Collaborate with IT, Asset Management, Engineering, and Security teams.
- Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
