Vitrinemedia Belgium is our latest Belgian subsidiary, based in Torhout. Our local team works closely with the international marketing and commercial teams to develop the Belgian market and adapt our global strategy to local opportunities.

The opportunity

We are looking for a Marketing Student to support our Belgian team with a variety of marketing and growth-related activities.

This is a flexible student job, ideal for a student who wants to gain hands‑on experience in B2B marketing, digital communication, social media and business development while working in an international company.

Your missions

• Support the preparation of sales and lead‑generation campaigns
• Help create email campaigns and marketing communications
• Prepare content for digital and print advertising
• Contribute to prospecting and lead‑generation initiatives

Content & Social Media

• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
• Help collect customer cases, testimonials and success stories
• Monitor social media and marketing trends
• Explore new AI tools and technologies that could support our marketing activities

Brand & Marketing Operations

• Support video marketing and website optimisation projects
• Adapt international marketing content to the Belgian market
• Assist with the organisation of trade fairs, events and marketing activities
• Help analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Depending on your profile, you may also have the opportunity to work on specific marketing projects and take ownership of certain tasks.

Who are we looking for?

• You are currently studying Marketing, Communication or a related field
• You are looking for a student job alongside your studies
• You are commercially minded and creative
• You are proactive, hands‑on and comfortable working independently
• You have strong written communication skills in Dutch and English, French is a plus
• You are comfortable with digital tools and social media
• Knowledge of creation tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Brevo…
• You are genuinely interested in B2B marketing, technology and innovation
• You enjoy working in an international and entrepreneurial environment

Working hours: Flexible schedule to be agreed according to your studies and our needs

Start date: As soon as possible

Duration: To be agreed, depending on your availability and student status

The position can be performed during the academic year, with a schedule adapted to your studies.
