Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications sector, is seeking a professional to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT development teams. The role focuses on the functional evolution and operational support of critical fiber network inventory systems during a large-scale infrastructure roll-out.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements by organizing stakeholder workshops and alignment sessions.
- Manage the maturation of business ideas into formulated IT requirements and support the creation of business cases.
- Validate detailed functional analyses and follow up on development progress in collaboration with technical squads.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by designing test scenarios and executing them alongside end-users.
- Facilitate business go-live activities, including communication, user training, and the creation of work instructions.
- Provide operational support to end-users by troubleshooting functional issues and tracking bug resolutions.
- You bring proven experience in business analysis and requirement engineering within complex environments.
- You possess strong knowledge of GIS applications and physical network infrastructure.
- You have a solid understanding of SQL, ERD data modeling, and MSA concepts.
- You bring experience in managing UAT and the full software development lifecycle.
- You possess the ability to align diverging stakeholder visions and lead structured meetings.
- You're analytical, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a structured way.
- You are fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
