KU Leuven invites applications for a 60% postdoctoral assistant position at Leuven campus to advance strategic HRM research in SMEs and publish internationally. You will also teach the Strategic HRM course at the Brussels campus and the Personnel and Organisation course at the Antwerp campus.
Eligibility includes a doctoral degree in Humanities and Social Sciences, a strong research output, excellent writing skills, and fluency in English and Dutch. Remuneration follows salary scale 44.
