Medpace is seeking an office-based Shared Services Associate to join our Shared Services & Finance team in Leuven, Belgium. This role handles financial and accounting responsibilities across the EU, including invoicing portals, purchase orders, VAT regulations and inventory receipts.
You’ll administer EU electronic invoicing portals, manage purchase orders, review price quotations, and collaborate with internal staff and vendors to resolve issues.
