THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT DOTTDuration: 6 monthsA hands-on internship at the intersection of operations, data, business, and technology.
Your missions as an Operation Trainee in Brussels:Warehouse & FleetInventory tracking, parts ordering, and demand forecasting.
Monitoring repairs, quality reworks, and fleet diagnostics.
Coordination with mechanics and the central team.
Tracking vehicle and parts transfers.
Process & PerformanceImprovement of operational processes: onboarding, training, safety, etc.
Creation of dashboards and monitoring of Operations KPIs.
Identification and automation of time-consuming tasks and processes.
Analysis of operational issues and implementation of solutions.
Street OperationsCompetitive monitoring of the Brussels market.
Monitoring, analysis, and optimization of costs related to parking fines.
Support for various Operations projects.
YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSStudent in business school, management, or supply chain.
Fluency in French and English required.
Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
Analytical, organized, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong interest in data, AI, and automation.
Knowledge of SQL or automation tools is a plus.
