Your function
You will join a highly regarded IP team, which advises some of the most innovative companies on strategic Intellectual Property matters across a wide range of industries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on a broad spectrum of Intellectual Property matters.
- Handling both advisory and litigation work.
- Working across both Soft IP and Hard IP matters.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on innovation, technology and data-related projects.
- Building long-term relationships with Belgian and international clients.
- Contributing to the continued growth of a leading IP practice.
Your profile
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Intellectual Property Law.
- Experience gained within a leading national or international law firm.
- Outstanding academic record.
- Strong expertise in either Soft IP or Hard IP; experience in both is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with at least a passive knowledge of French.
