eCarsTrade is seeking a hands-on Team Lead – Customer Compliance to guide our compliance team across KYC checks, document verification, and screening. You will actively perform checks, coach the team, and drive improvements for faster, more reliable compliance in multiple European markets.
You will stay current with evolving KYC regulations and work with Sales, Support, Finance, and Back Office to ensure a smooth customer journey while maintaining high quality standards and efficient workflows.
